
Our events are open to all members of the public and we can promise a warm welcome to both members and non-members alike. We have organised major reenactments, lectures, commemoration services, radio docudramas and much more since our formation in 2003.

- Thu, 23 JunThe Great HallWhen King Charles II returned in 1660, one of his first acts was to exhume the body of Oliver Cromwell (who had died in 1658) and remove the head, in revenge for the same fate that befell his father, King Charles I in 1649. BoWS Member Robbie Porter will reveal what happened to the head.
